This is a Chocolate and Toffee Bundt (as requested by my husband...) It's a massive cake which fills a 2.5 litre tin, so there's plenty to go round and is perfect for sharing. It's sweeter than my usual recipes, but perfect for anyone who loves chocolate! It's perfectly moist and will safely keep for a couple of days in an airtight container.
