Best of British Apples Bundt Cake, and is one of my favourite cakes ever. It was actually the inspiration for the theme too. Apples are in season in August, and I had made this one for our Great Village Show Clandestine Cake Club meeting. This cake uses British apples with sweet maple drizzle for maximum moisture. It can also be made in a conventional ring tin.
